Van Buren county girls- 1st trip to State

This game will come down to who is and isn't making shots in the Murphy Center. This is Van Buren's first time ever to play in Murfreesboro, and it's the first time for this core of Gibson players to play in Murfreesboro. Should be fun to watch!

As well as how they are calling the game. Foul trouble can cause the better team to lose.

Seen Van Buren and don't think they can beat anybody at the state ..Don't have but one quality win all season and it was against Jackson Co who has their worst team in years . Pulling for Van Buren , just don't have much hope .

What are Van Burens threats outside of Bouldin? GC has 3 girls that can put up 20pts on any night in White, Fields and Lannom. And Smithson will always guard the best player on opposing team and usually scores 5-10 points.

I think Gibson County should win this one, the next game will be a challenge. Pickett County should win the other side. I still think Middleton is the team to beat.

Easy win for GC. Van buren is no where near the level of Dresden, Peabody or even Bradford. GC will win this one by 15+ but will roll into a road block in the semis called Middleton.

VanBuren is weak, this will be easier than GC practicing against its JV.  GC by 25+

UC is baiting us up. No way a team with a Miss Basketball Finalist is that weak. They made it here so they are not that weak. Went through a lot of teams to get here.
