Barn we lost two game on their plastic grass because of those KFL officials,they WILL be a factor!

I just go by what I hear but that old boy from Rockwood just about wrote a book on here last year about their best player being ejected. I think the GCA kids knew he would be a hot head and fed him enough bait and he swallowed it and went wild and they threw him out.

Jefferson county lost their starting tailback for the year. I hate it for the young man it is his senior year.

I'm sitting out here at Grace watching a MS game. They just told their fans to get here early because they expect their biggest crowd ever. Get here early. There aren't many seats for a 6A schools fans.

If it will make you all feel any better GCA had a hard scrimmage with a team I would compare to Bug Tussle last week. Just having the depth Jefferson County would have would be just to much for a team that is in 2A that would be playing a lot of young players tonight. It sure would be something if GCA pulled this out tonight but the odds aren't in their favor. Don't want to guess a score but Jefferson should win this one. If not they will be in a heap of trouble this year.

Starting outside linebacker Brandon Brewer broke his arm in the scrimmage at Halls.  He had to have surgery to insert plates and screws and is expected to be out 6-8 weeks

Jefferson County will travel very well for this game.  The stands will be packed.  We are going to try to get there by 6:00.

Jefferson County defeats GCA 31-14.  The score was 24-0 going into the 4th quarter and was stretched to 31-0 before the backups came in and gave up two scores to make the final 31-14.
