Milan @ Liberty week 3

Recommended Posts

Both teams are excellent! But you do have to look at the teams Milan have played compared to the teams Liberty have played. North Side will beat Humboldt by 3 touchdowns and Peabody by 2 touchdowns (at this point).

Seeing Humboldt not making the playoffs last year and letting South Fulton grabbed that 4th spot is odd. The South Fulton Red Devils are historically not a good football team, largely thanks to a team just down the street.

If you think Liberty will lose to Milan just because they lost to North Side, and Milan took care of Peabody and Humboldt pretty easily, then reevaluate yourself.

Some teams have bad nights just like we have bad days at work, and kids have bad days at school.

Correct on any given Friday anyone can get beat. Liberty best kept them heads up in the air. Milan has good OL and lots and lots of speed. Will Liberty's d step up? This will be the game of the week!

IMO Liberty needs to win this game. If they dont a second meeting in the playoffs , if it happens , will be tough to pull off because Milan will be even tougher in November. Im just glad we are playing for 3rd and dont have to worry about it.

People who follow west rb football closely know you guys are the real deal. I promise Milan and Liberty won't look past you guys.

Milan kinda got a raw deal with Liberty having a hick up vs NSHS. Liberty is a much better team than what people have seen to this point. Milan also looks very good. Ill take Milan coaches over Liberty. Both Teams are loaded with talent.

Liberty 20 Milan 17

I agree on the loaded with talent part. This Milan team is better IMO than the '11 and '12 runner up teams. We shall see how the progress as the season goes on. There will be a lot of young men on the field Friday night that will be playing on Saturday in the near future.
