Maybe Grundy should start trying to model what Marion County schools do. Say what you want but they have two schools that are doing it on and off the field. Hearing South Pitt's academics has really become top tier of late.

Listen Grundy. I've always respected yalls program even feared it a little because you always had size and tough kids. The problem isn't the kids or the current coaches IMO. There is more going on. Who knows it may have all started with incidents your former staff decided to sweep under the rug. Y'all have some very good players on this years team, just not enough of them to make up for all the rest of the crap going on. Don't give up, keep on and one day it will be back. Good luck.

South Pittsburg did not lose to Grundy County in 2005. We lost to Marion County that season 13-12 in the regular season then in the second round to Friendship Christian in another 1 point loss.
