croz6110
It appears you inadvertently omitted a few facts.... NCS is extremely talented, but they can be beat when a couple referees decide too change the outcome of a football game by calling 8 personal fouls on NCS in the 2nd half (White House Heritage) and when they play a DII-AA school JPII). JB and Monterey both moved the ball on (NCS's 2nd and 3rd team defense) them at times and took advantage of (NCS calling off the dogs after the 1st Quarter) things. It's an uphill battle, that's for sure. I have a good feeling (because I doubled up on my meds today ) we'll get there NCS - 55 Gordonsville - 18 .....tiger meat taste like chicken - ......... I've watched the film.Monterey and JB moved the ball on the 1st team in the 1st quarter. Gville (with no seniors on the field) scored on the first team last year and NCS was better last year than this year. Do I think Gville can win? Yep. Will it be easy? Absolutely not. We'll have to get some breaks and execute almost perfectly. So there is a chance.

You won't just need yards, you'll need to finish drives, and several of them. But yes, there is a chance.

Eagle9019
Check your math. I only referenced the Jo Byrns and Monterey games. Not being petty but you referenced the NCS-Gordonsville game last year as well. You were correct. You scored six points in the second quarter. You scored six points in the second quarter. Gotcha. As I said, when we played NCS last year, we didn't have a senior on the field on offense, and maybe one on defense. However, your nose guard wasn't playing in that game. We're better, and NCS is not as good as last year. However, it was a wide gap last year that hasn't completely closed. Like I said earlier, we're going to have to play perfect and catch some breaks to win. I understand how talented NCS is. I've watched them on film. But to say there is absolutely no chance is false. powerp
Haven't kept up with Gordy in a while...is Moose and Medley still there?
TheAmbassador
Gordonsville is not the Gordonsville of 2006-2012, but this is their best team since 2012. NCS isn't as good as last season, but they are still good. NCS should win this game by at least 3 TDs, but that ball bounces funny sometime. eagleeye2020
It's going to take more than a few funny bounces. It will take a few dozen funny bounces for Gordonsville to even come close plus some help from the officials. NCS - 42 Gordonsville -
