The lone win was against Lebanon.

 

They were a safety away from being shutout by Antioch. Yeah the same Antioch team that lost 45-0 to Mt. Juliet.

 

They lost all the other 7 games by 3+ touchdowns.

Its coach speak I totally get it. But calling them a VERY tough football team and putting the emphasis on it is just too much.... They are one of the worst teams in 6A.

They lost to Mcgavock last year. I can understand why he needs to put an emphasis on beating them this year, and keeping his players thinking about one game at a time

Honestly a semifinal appearance would be a major success for this team after starting 1-2, and having 3 mediocre seasons in a row. Let's not forget.
