Kermit was O coordinator for FC for a few years before he took over same position at Huntland where he is now. He will make a great head coach for a team someday!

So you fire Carr down there because the people wanted to see the spread with all those FC "Athletes".   Hire Scott Smith and his Multiple Trigger Offense (what a joke), and ya fire him. No one with any sense is going into that Dumpster Fire of a joke you call Athletics. Fire people who compete and win 5-6 games every year because you think his offense is boring so you hire Scott Smith who has coached 10 programs in 8 years and fire him after 2. These things take time which FC isnt willing to give.Carr was never going to win you a championship I get that,but you gave his replacement 2 seasons? First off you replaced him with this disloyal joke who has an inflated view of himself and then what, don't even give that joke time to win before he bailed on you. What is happening down there? No one with any sense at all is going to apply. Its a shame too.Nice school, wonderful town, awesome potential both in that sorry region as well as 5A in general, but whoever calls the shots in Winchester is a moron. Also if your little Middle School coaches and their rivalry is keeping yall from running what the high school does, and you don't call for their firings, you deserve to lose. The End

With the new tssaa region alignments Franklin County's schedule will be a little more friendly to a new head coach than the past 2 years schedule.    Hopefully the administration, fans, and parents will support the program and give this new coach more than 2 years to prove his worth.

Is it True that Smith scheduled 2a bottom feeder Community High school? I my sources also say that Coffee County is calling 1A and 2a teams looking for free wins. Tell me this isn't so.
