You're crazy man. A young Fulton team just beat Catholic who I believe is the best team money can buy in high school football in this state. Fulton will be the favorite to win the new 5A region next year and will likely be 10-0. Three of the region games you will win by 50+. "I am just being realistic on the matter."

Catholic was really good but they are not the best team money can buy. Look west towards BA, Ensworth, and MBA for that almost every year. It's a whole nother level.

spot on, KC is the biggest posers in high school football in the state and I could not be more happy they wont be winning state

All you do is post your hate for knoxville Catholic on every post that mentions them. You seem very jealous of them or you have a bigger problem with the school than you care to mention. Either way you should get a life.

    • I have no idea who your team is, but Memphis and other Shelby Co. schools have hardly made a dent, if you’re talking Game 15 appearances. Outside of a couple by Whitehaven, I can’t recall the last team in a final.
    • Robbed you guy at a chance of 3 state championships. You never kne, sond best team in the west my have beat you also, but you sure deserved the chance to play um.
    • Eagleville also loses Brown the catcher, Lamb CF, Mclemore RF (Heck of an athlete) and Drew the 1st baseman. They will be young.
    • Good thing we aren’t in Florida then huh? It would benefit a ton of the smaller schools  that don’t have the pools of kids to choose from! They should start by policing Shelby County like they do the rest of the state! Something has to change though and TSSAA knows that!
    • Correct, you can whimsically be fired in coaching. A coach that has tenure can stay on as a teacher if released from coaching. If you don’t have tenure as a teacher, you can fired without cause. Your last year as a teacher before tenure is earned you can be fired, but must be given cause. A tenured teacher can be fired, but it is a long hard process requiring the 3 D’s…. documentation, documentation and documentation. I have released 3 tenured teachers, 2 with PHD’s. However, teacher contracts had and still have clauses that state you can be fired for a variety reasons re: being arrested, public drunkenness, inappropriate relationships ect.
