Someone has to do the grunt work.

 

Tennessee has some studs but it appears they really haven't wrestled a high level schedule. A lot of the other top 10 teams have seeked out others in the top 10 for a test. In my mind the jury is still out on them.

id say Arlington at 7 and then Wilson 8, Science Hill 9, Soddy 10, Beech 11, Baylor 12. Other than that, looks pretty good. Glad Northwest is getting some love. Theyve had some very strong showings

OW, TN High has some very good wrestlers. Don't underestimate them. Tonight's matchup should give you a better idea as to how good they are. You better believe Coach Marshall and his staff will have their guys ready to roll starting tonight through Feb. I've been quiet about this and watched people seeing what they believed. Hopefully now we can believe what we see instead. Proud to be part of what was probably the greatest dual meet since I've been in region one. We felt like our lot was battle hardened and they proved it tonight. Denzel Medina had two OT matches this weekend that got him through tonight.

Does this mean Science Hill moves into the #7 spot and SD bumps up to #6 seeing how SD has beaten SH. Has SH beaten WC?

Science Hill finished ahead of WC at Fandetti this weekend, but for the poll purposes I don't claim that, because our poll is mostly a measure of dual meet strength.

 

My personal opinion is that Bradley and Cleveland are in a league of their own. Soddy and WC are at the top of the rest until proven otherwise, then there are probably ten teams that are all very close.

 

Our goal since last year was to be top four. I think we have a shot.
