Disappointing performance for Sequatchie. Meigs looked strong. Stopped Sequatchie on fourth and short at midfield early in third and took the lead, scored early in fourth then added a late score. Sequatchie didn't seem as excited as in some games they've played so far.

It's obvious now that Marion County isn't as good as the last couple of years so Sequatchie's victory over them isn't as impressive as once thought.  Sequatchie is a good team though, big and strong, but they lack speed. 

It was a great atmosphere for a football game against a new Regional rival.  Wishing the Indians much success the rest of the season.

Indians are not in your Region. Great atmosphere for a game, it's nice to see an opposing team have a good crowd. Tigers came to play ball and got the job done.

I don't think this game is any indicator on how good Marion County is. I thought Meigs played pretty good, as did Sequatchie. A few plays and a good defensive effort from the Tigers were the difference.

Trust me brother, no one in Decatur is talking down on Marion County. We haven't earned the right to do that yet. So it's all good.
