Both teams don't really play a lot of competition this year.... Sequatchie is down and Jasper is staring right at 5-5. Regardless Whitwell and SP will play twice. Should be fun. I knew Vic would have this team rolling by mid year. Good coaches and a good team. Will be a fun challenge.

SM's starting QB, who is a good player, left the game early with an injury.  SM mostly passes, but couldn't with the backup.  I still thought SM would score at least once.  Whitwell has everyone back from last year and gained a really good player from Grundy, who in my opinion may be the best player on the team now.  Whitwell has another new coach who the kids seem to be responding well to.  Whitwell my whatever they want and mercy rule.  One piece of advice is get those starters out early to not risk injury.  I don't think Whitwell has the depth past the starters.

There is some depth on the team. Its actually the best depth Whitwell has had maybe ever. Rotate a lot on both sides of the ball. DLine about 8-9 players deep and the secondary is similar. LB is a little thin but you have two very very good LBs in Wingo and Thundur. Will Carter played well there this past Friday due to Wingo being banged up. Signal starting QB never dressed. However I don't think he would have made that big of a difference in the score. They probably would have moved it better.

We know Whitwell will beat LV with ease ( not taking anything away from LV as they seem to be getting better ). I hope the ol Tigers of Whitwell enjoy it. I hope Whitwell beats Trousdale by 100. NOW HERE IS THE TRUTH... Whitwell fans enjoy it because you're not beating SP. SP will beat yall by 4 or 5 tds. I know it's a tough pill to swallow but you have to accept it. You better enjoy to next few weeks because that's where it ends. You fellars seem like a good 2nd round team. Go ahead and celebrate and talk all you want because truth is truth.
