The Govs are coming off a bye week and a fall break where they did not practice at all from what I have heard.  My heart tells me the Govs have a chance to get their first win, but my head tells me they will do just enough to lose. Is the Dairy Barn still open?

I find this really hard to believe. Usually Maryville has a bye on one of the Friday’s during fall break but they still have practice. The coaches usually let them have a long weekend but practice as usual Monday-Thursday.

WB is not Maryville obviously. I have heard this from multiple people and I didnt see the team practicing when I drove by the school in the afternoon a few times during the week. I drove by Monday expecting a JV game too and it was a ghost town. All the word of mouth and evidence suggests they really did not practice during fall break.

We are scheduled for JV/Freshmen game next Monday the 16th

Not saying it's good or bad, but at least one school in the Midstate area didn't practice over fall break.

Go Govs, by the way. McMinn is a nice trip to make. The field was always one of the nicest in the area back in the day.
