If he is the same fellow who called the offense a couple of years ago for the tigers, we are cheering here. I do hear he is a likeable guy but also heard he is a principal at the elementary school. So how will that work?

He is. He is the Principal at the elementary school. But when Maynard was at Carriage, he was the principal.

Up until the last 2 years, he had been an assistant since 96.

I believe he'll do well. He want put up with any crap from the players and he'll make sure his players are hard nosed.

I disagree with an administrator being a head coach. Looks to me that one of his  job titles will suffer. It is hard to put the time to do both at same time?

In Hartsville the name Maynard is a cuss word. Lots of bad blood.

I thought  Clemmins offensive playcalling was pretty bad. That is why we are cheering. We hope it is more of the same. Gordy was known for its defense. Moose was prepared but didnt have the speed .  Whose going to call it?
