Looks to me that one of his job titles will suffer. It is hard to put the time to do both at same time? In Hartsville the name Maynard is a cuss word. Lots of bad blood. I thought Clemmins offensive playcalling was pretty bad. That is why we are cheering. We hope it is more of the same. Gordy was known for its defense. Moose was prepared but didnt have the speed . Whose going to call it? He was calling plays in 2012 when we won state. I think he'll be a throwback kind of guy as HC. As far as him being an administrator, he's principal of the elementary which is only 3rd -6th. He hasn't coached on the high school level in a couple of years. But I'm glad he's the HC. I got that straight from TC assistant coach. I would have thought there would have been some big names applying for this job. When Clemons was calling plays, there wasn't much talent.
jimmycrackedthatcorn
Word is that you have another principal on Clemmins new football staff. What next? Is your superintendent going to be a manager? Guess that cuts complaining parents off . Good ole boy system is alive and well in Gordy. He's got kids, one in high school and one in elementary, so he stepped away from coaching and became assistant principal of the elementary. Then, he became the Principal. He's giving that up to be the HC. I, for one, couldn't be happier.

If so that shows some heart or is it Daddy ball?
