This could be interesting. My heart wants to pic Horst because he’s a former HCWC kid. But I also know Calvin Martin is tough as nails. The question is, how will Noah battle against the top guys in making that weight jump. Martin will be tough to beat for sure.

I sat on Horst vs Fowler for a good while going back and forth. This bracket is just crazy. To be completely honest it wouldn't surprise me in the least if any one of the top 3 won the weight.

I agree 100%, one of the most interesting weights. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.

Yes, DEF gonna be a VERY TOUGH bracket to place in. I'm taking Horst over Martin in the finals. I know it's a big jump from 106, but not a lot of people gave him a chance last year when he was a 13-14 yr old kid wrestling against a 106LB grown man in Nelson and he found a way to get it done. Think he somehow finds a way again. Dark horse pick is Ian Morgan from Halls.

Martin only beat Cole Fort 2-1 in Duals, will get him again in the second round. Then he will need to get past the winner of Pond/December to get in the finals. 

Would love to see a Martin/Horst finals here, but wouldn't be surprised if one doesn't make though.

Don’t sleep on Bryce...my son and Calvin are tight...Calvin has just been back for 8 matches.....he is the best in this bracket by a bit, in my opinion...when he is completely healthy and in great shape.....as for his health, he’s good to go...I just wonder about conditioning.

I like the Pond/Martin winner by quite a bit over Horst....not to mention, a strong Fowler coming down from 132 to meet a young Horst coming up to 126 in a semifinal....that could be tough for the younger sensation....he handled the Nelson scenario just fine last year, though.

All that said...Horst is nothing, If he isn’t a winner/champion!

Since I’ve spent this entire comment telling you why he won’t win......I will cover my butt and say that I Would not be surprised if he finds a way to win again...that’s just what he does.
