So Clinton’s coach calls out number 55 for AC before the game and he just happens to be the one that gets a cheap shot at the end of the game and it’s AC coaches that are classless?

Saw this in an article: 

Both coaching staffs will participate in a joint off-season sportsmanship seminar and will also do a community service project together before the start of the 2019 season.

This ought to be enurstin!  If they rent a house boat on Norris it should all work out.

Ways to handle things than besides starting a fight at a high school football game in front of hundreds of people. Makes both teams look awful especially the coaching staff. Isn’t Gary Terry the Assisant principal? I understand it’s if the cheapshot happened I do but there are other ways to handle that situation. That’s why Ac won’t be a Chanpionship team imo

To be honest as history will show; Clinton has never had class. And for a head coach to say well that's what you get for having your starters in shows why Clinton may never have class. I am proud of coach Terry for defending such a statement and my nephew coach Russ. Clinton is jealous of AC and they may always be. They need a coach that teaches disaplain and fundamentals not trying to take out star players just because they are top team. Congrats to the Mavericks for a big win and to an outstanding Coach Gillum. Clinton statements take me back to the 70's when CCHS played them. Some things never change, no matter who is coaching!

If that's what was actually said, that is a bad look for the new coach.

I don't have any skin in the game, but how in the world can you pin this solely on McKamey/Clinton? Certainly looks like there was plenty of classless behavior to go around.

And if I recall correctly, after Gillum returned to AC in 2009, the war of words between he and Powell/Matt Lowe really amplified. So it's not like this is AC's first go around...

Yeah it is. I have two nephew coach's Davey and Big Russ; statements like that is the only thing that would have had coach Terry upset. Trust me he is a good man and he would not have got involved unless something serious was said!

He pissed a lot off in Greeneville with the Vanilla offense comment. Btw in still laugh he wore he letterman jacket to last years game bahahaha

Yeah sounds like you do have skin and an opinion but I remember and it was not too long after the coach left. Davey coach gillum is a preacher and his nature has never been to start trouble but I am sure anyone will defend there honer at some point. So I trust these guys known them all my life. Clinton had nothing to lose and everything to gain by potentially preventing the coaching staff from continuing there year. That's what you call a set up. The only person that would have came out a winner would have been Clinton coach if Coach Gillum were to be suspended for the year. Clinton coach was taunting something the whole Clinton family has done for 40 years off and on!! If can find film I will show you.

You are so right. Two nephews and a brother coaching. I hate to fly but I will be there!!!!!!!! I promise!!!!!!! You just made up my mind!!!!!
