I would love to think Clinton will give West all they want this week and this be a pretty good game. But that West defense is playing extremely well.

My daughter is an eighth grader at Norwood. She will be sitting in with the Clinton High School Band during the game. Norwood and CMS bands will be taking part. So instead of an Oak Ridge game---she and I will be at this game. (Had it been any team other than Karns---she would've probably found a way to get out of the band thing LOL. She's sneaky that way---and LOVES OR football.)

If Clinton can move the sticks and play decent defense, they could play with West I think. West has a stellar defense and good enough offense. I had a look at Clinton's schedule from here on out. With the exception of Karns, they only have beasts left to play.

West throws up a prayer on 4th and 18 with 2 min to play, and converts. The Rebels score on a short TD run 2 plays later with 1 min to play. Tied at 7.

An ugly win is still a win.  We will take what we can get. Way to keep your chin up and keep fighting rebels when the breaks don't go your way.  Good defensive adjustments in the second half when we needed them.
