our kids will be ready. I can feel it. this is a chance to play for a playoff spot and finish the season strong.

if they come out flat I'll be the first to rip them-- no excuse to NOT play your best game of the year Fri

If that happens Forrest will win.

We are fully aware you will rip them. Thanks for the fair warning though.

I feel they will be ready also... I’m worried about the coach...  it takes 15 mins to figure out the next play while the qb is running sprints all over the field.. There’s no way to wear down a defensive when they get to take a 15 min nap in between plays... PLUS the rest of our offense has way to much time of thinking (when you get a bunch of 16-18 yrs olds thinking your in major trouble) ooo while the qb is still running sprints.. wonder what would happen if we stopped thinking and started playing football..

its not rocket science it’s football...

LC has play Loretto 68 times and I have watched over 1/2 of those games. I believe that Forrest has the better players, but not by much. I also believe that this years Loretto team rides the emotional cycle. If Forrest comes and controls the tempo then Forrest wins. If Forrest comes out and turns the ball over and allows Loretto to believe then Loretto wins.

Both Loretto backs have good size and run hard. #30 can fly and #20 is a wrecking ball. They  will be a huge physical mismatch for either of our safeties to bring down 1 on 1. Our defense was clueless against Watertown’s zone read plays. If Loretto’s QB can make some plays running or throwing they will move the ball.

i guess rocketpride accepts mediocrity in all phases of life. home church office. dont ever criticize anyone. it's "mean".  maybe the US military, which uses kids the same age as these, should soften their approach. don't push people to be their best. dont point out a complete lack of effort. just cheer spend ur money and go home.

based on forrest fans, dont worry about the cheer part, their the quietest crown in the region.  there's like 10 people who actually cheer. everyone else sits like they are watching a broadway play. the loudest people at a forrest game are the out of control kids under the bleachers.

    • That was after the 2nd year of a 4 year cycle.  Since Covid we have been on a 2 year cycle.  So, there really isn't a "mid cycle" reclassification this time.   Idk if there's anything in place to address the issue of a school closing.  My guess is, nothing can be done.  This would be akin to the 1st year of a 4 year cycle, where a school has the 20% +/- but not allowed or even have the option to move up or down.
    • No reasonable lawyer would take up this case. I am not a lawyer, but I know school law in and out.  Similar situations just like this play out thousands of times each year across the country, even at the college level (i.e. Ole Miss)  The Plaintiff's never win...ever.  If I am wrong, please provide a legal precedent for me. I will be waiting.  https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/39431892/judge-drops-ole-miss-player-lawsuit-lane-kiffin
    • Yes Justin Cruse was named head coach
    • It used to be, I think it still is, a change of 20% +/- gives reason to reclassify. Schools can choose to play up classifications but not down. Here is the mid cycle reclassification info on TSSAA.org When Memphis East changed from a regular public school to an "all-optional" school in 2017 the would've dropped to A but chose to stay in AAA in basketball (baseball, and softball) Penny was still coaching there and with the players they had they would've beaten A teams by 40 and slept walked to the championship. Other Memphis schools stayed in their classifications (mostly in basketball) until the next reclassification cycle. Of course this is the same time that a 4th class was added basketball.
