Huntland @ Wayne County round 1

Huntland lost a starter against cornersville late, and he's done for the season. Still trying to figure out how to replace his productivity.

Wayne County is the perfect team for Cornersville before Huntingdon. We need a real challenge and Wayne County will give us that.

You sound like a liberal saying " but but but Hillary won the popular vote". Cornersville most definitely want to see Huntland in the second round.

I don't want to see Huntland play Cville in the 2nd round! I want to see WC play Cville in the second round, win or lose it would be smash mouth and great to see them lock up after several years of not playing each other.

So I have a question for the WC crew. How does this team of 23 seniors get beat by Mt Pleasant, yet take a lead into halftime with Huntingdon only to lose because not enough depth? Not dogging, just curious. How many players are actually on the roster?

I will be totally honest, I was impressed by the play of Huntland. They had too many turnovers. Toughest game to date the bulldogs have played. Score didn't show it, but Huntland brought in a good game plan, just didn't execute as they wanted to.

There's roughly 60+ on the roster but a lot of freshman and sophomores. As for losing to mtp, we just lost and that's all I can say but will add that WC is a whole lot better than the way they played in that game. WC has dealt with injuries across the board all year but have almost everyone healthy now

Wayne County always has a big senior class. When I was a freshman at Cornersville, WC had 38 seniors or some crazy number like that.
