There is a successful Coach they 'might' get if WC is willing to do a few things:

1.  Give the HC a free reign.

2.  MAJOR Salary without having to teach a class.

3.  Allow him at least three assistant Coaches of HIS choice.

4.  Turn the football players PE class all at the same time for weight lifting.

5.  And most important do not hold his past there against him anymore. 

Do those and they might get Gary Rankin there from Alcoa.  I know his WIFE would like it as it would allow her to be near HER family.

Word would have come from the T$$AA as WC really did NOT want it out for Public Knowledge.  Might have caused a bunch of the citizens there to ask 'WHY' in the first place.  That in turn might have caused changes to the good old boy network there that really needs to be extinct!
