I don’t know how these games will go. Honestly. They could go any way. 
 

I am picking:

Forrest over Hickman

Waverly over Summertown

Houston over Eagleville

Lewis over Riverside

Although I’d like to see Riverside beat Lewis...

and Hickman beat Forrest but just don’t think Hickman has a chance at all

There is a lot on the line for a lot of teams the next three weeks. I was curious of how everyone would think it would turnout.

If Eagleville wins out and Forrest beats Lewis Co, EHS will be 3-2 in the region along with both Summertown and LC. Will go to tiebreakers.  If Summertown wins out then Forrest can still win regi

Yes, Forrest should finish 1st in a 3 way tie. But if Eagleville beats Summertown then it will be Lewis Co and Forrest head to head and the winner is #1. Will clear up a little after this Friday.

I don’t know much about Houston other than they’re 9-1 having only lost to the region champ. Would lead one to believe they’re pretty good, but as bad as some claim Hickman is, Houston only beat them by 7? Then again Waverly only beat Houston by 7.  Sounds kinda Jekyl and Hydish, but maybe there were other factors that made those games so close. Eagleville’s 3 losses this year have been against teams who won it in the trenches. Our slightly undersized line has a lot of heart and desire, but sometimes its just not enough. What size can we expect from Houston?

I was just wondering because the general posted a couple weeks ago that y'all had some injured players and I was curious if you were full strength. Good luck this week!

They aren't that big but really quick and swarm to the ball. Backers and secondary are quick. They will hit you and won't quit.

Eagleville definitely got the better matchup style wise with Houston Co instead of Waverly.  I expect this to be a good game. Would not be surprised at all to see you on the 15th on our field for a rematch. 

Is your QB and #44 playing?

Not all of us are obnoxious lol I did pick y'all to win your region and said earlier that y'all were the team to beat in this side of the bracket lol.

      Honestly the A.D. may be powerless at Maryville to some degree versus other schools. I know he has his hands full with GoFan and all the stupid surprises just from the emails he sends out during the season.

      Harriman was better than what I anticipated. They had good skill guys and a QB that’s gonna make a lot of teams look silly. They had some silly pre snap penalties but it’s just spring and I guess that’s expected.    Oneida looks the part. They are big upfront and got a stable of backs that’s gonna carry them this year. They have a few playmakers at receiver also. They have a new receiver that has only played basketball till this year and he is very athletic. The question is can we find a QB to consistently get them the ball. They played 2-3 kids there and none looked great but they didn’t look awful either. The  defense is gonna be tough again but it’s very early and a lot can change between now and the fall.     It was good just to get out and watch some ball. I don’t know if Oneida has the team to win the region this year but just what I saw tonight I think they may be in the conversation come November.
