An improved Pioneers’ program just got shellacked by Riverdale.

Oakland sent a message to the new Coffee Co coaching staff and their refusal to move the game to Thursday. (80pts in the rain)

Looks like a 56 - 7  type of game.

So this is true? The 80 points was a message?

Pretty clear to me... “we’re a lot better than you” was somewhere in that message. Oakland hasn’t been threatened all year and I’m thinking there’s not many teams that will threaten them.

Personally I feel bad when a team gets 50 hung on them, 60 would be tops to run up a score. How and the heck do you run up 80+ on a team. When is enough enough. *insert football is a tough sport comebacks

with that being said I suppose this is another good chance for Oakland to put up 80

What was the score at half? How did the scoring take place? Who did the scoring? Etc.

Beech scores 67 points against Glencliff this year... they don’t throw the ball and play everyone. Scored 55 against Station Camp with freshman playing in the 4th quarter. I understand it’s 80, but did that as a running team playing 3-4 string guys (freshman against Station Camp).  You can’t put kids in and tell them not to score.

Now...if they left the starters in, threw the ball excessively, called timeouts, etc., that’s a different story...

Lots of defensive scoring and special teams scoring is how the number gets up there.
