If we are comparing schedules, let look deeper at this from a rankings aspect so that we can apply a number as we all usually understand things better when numbers are applied. In this case, the lower number is more difficult.

TCs defense has allowed 62 points in 11 games, the starters have only allowed 29 points in 11 games, 16 of those 29 were against Watertown, so the starters allowed 2 TD in the other 10 games, the TC defense/special teams(blocked punts) have scored 7 TD this year, that’s dominance even if the schedule is on the weaker side, doing what you are suppose to do vs the competition in front of you.

Not disagreeing with you at all here. But Watertown fans said the same thing last year

Last Years Watertown D does not compare to this years TC D. They averaged allowing 11.2 PPG and only recorded 1 shutout. They were better than this years though. I'd also say that the offense last year for Watertown is superior to this years, 44.9 compared to 32.3. When you compare year to year with TC, their number have moved to the better. Last year TC scored 30 PPG while giving up 11.3 PPG  vs 36 PPG & 5.6 PPG in '19.

No way this will be more than a 1 score game either way. The hatred between the two runs deep. TC Fan or H20 fan should expect nothing less. It will be the best game in Midstate

You are exactly right and the media in middle TN won’t do more than have the score running alon a scroller at the bottom of screen doing the 10 news sport  report while showing the private school highlights. This game should be televised  Wuxp but I’m sure they will show a school in Nashville.

last year Watertown also had starters out midway through the 2nd quarter of almost half their games, but I will admit this TC defense has absolutely dominated this year. my point was just that an easier schedule can come back to bight you like it did to H2O last year.

TC has to face Tyner and their pass game is better than H2O and Tyner has a better QB and WR combination.  But the weather will limit H2O pass game and TC secondary is better with more depth and 3 new starters since H2O seen TC pass defense.
