I know. I read both of them. In all honesty I wished it had of been a Lake County/ So. Pitt final. I have my reasons for that. It still feels great beating Greenback though. It was said Lake County couldn't stop the pass. Well, it got shut down and the LC offense managed 545 yards of offense. The game wasn't as close as the score. LC physically beat Greenback down and there was nothing they could do about it but take it. Nothing sweeter than lining up and whipping a team all over the field.

Just a friendly reminder to a certain team out east. LC 38 Greenback 23. I might get tired of doing this about spring practice time. Lol

You deserve it. I was that way back in 14 when the Marion County posters said we weren’t ready for the physicality of their type of ball. 34-7 score later, and I still haven’t heard from em

LRDAO.... We cant even get the kinfolk to feud with us during the oldest rivalry in Tennessee. They went subterranean. We call them the jailhouse fellars.   This past year they was wanting to consolidate with Griders school.  You think im joking but im not.

    • “facts” or better yet ‘opinions’ had been up for weeks/months. that’s not why the thread was deleted. get over yourself.
    • Im pretty excited about the new rules that NFHS voted to adopt. Does anyone know if this will take place in Tennessee starting this year? I think I heard/read somewhere that the TSSAA bi-laws say the have to mirror what the NFHS does, and when the NFHS offered the current weight classes as options, TSSAA didn’t adopt them until NFHS made them official. Did NFHS make these changes official starting next season or will it be similar to the weight classes where TSSAA doesn’t change what they are doing until it is  an officially official part of the NFHS rule book? It’ll be interesting to see if it is rolled out for the new TSSAA Middle School season and I saw a post where the youth wrestling in TN was going to vote on adopting it as well.  I’ll pray for all the youth coaches that will have to shoulder the confusion from all those crazy #### parents who already think they know the rules more than everyone else  . Imagine the first time their kid is taken down and a 3 goes up on the scoreboard or their kid gets pinned with only one point of contact in the cylinder. Their heads might explode. i kid, I kid. Sort of. I’m surprised ride time was brought down with all the other changes. I know some argue that it promotes stalling on top, but its been an official scoring method in college forever, so I figure it must be doing something right. Do any of you think that’ll ever be implemented?
    • Crazy how the thread just gets deleted when facts come out.
    • I understand I guess it depends on the school you are with and the time you want to put in.  It’s evident of the schools that don’t put in as much times.  I would say basketball players put in as much time as any sport in our school system and this is coming from a football town.  Bball is a longer season than other sports.
    • 7 Pages of complaining because the lacrosse team put removable lines on the field so that they could practice/play lacrosse  Y'all boys are bored huh lol
