just when you thought this 2020 couldnt get any crazier. all of this over a virus with a 99.8% survival rate. this is why govt bureaucrats cannot be allowed to run our lives. theyre too dumb

Surprised no one had jumped on your number of 99.8 survival rate, but it trending lower daily, countries that are really reporting real number and not propaganda are thinking it will drop to somewhere around .17 when it's all said and done,Germany is at .2 mortality rate as of today and with more herd immunity the severity of the actual viral infection drop significantly ! The only real numbers you will get her are quickly silenced by one of the political parties or the other quickly,my best friends wife who is a viralalogist,"lord prolly misspelled that" for the CDC has been told more than once to he seen and not heard is where my real numbers come from, but as with any infection and or disease things change ,of course she has said if we didn't vaccinate for the flue it could kill half a million a year in the U.S alone ,possibly maybe kinda sort as she said that is !

Everyone ready for the new region? Summertown, Mt Pleasant, Loretto, Richland, Forrest, Cascade. Who will be the favorites, expected contenders for playoffs, etc?

I’d say Forrest and Cascade will battle for Regional championship.   Loretto could be in the mix also with that young team

Summertown High School - Home of the Eagles

34 mins  ·

We are excited to announce Dakota Crews as our new Head Football Coach.

Coach Crews has had a successful football background that began as a member of the first youth football team in Summertown. Coach Crews attended Summertown Elementary until the 6th grade when he transferred to Lewis County where he played his high school football career, which saw him earn a Tennessee Mr. Football award for class 2A. Coach Crews earned a scholarship to play linebacker at Maryville College for 4 years where he was a 2-year starter.

After earning his Math degree, Coach Crews began his coaching career at Lewis County in 2012. While coaching multiple position groups he tallied a 48-23 record as an assistant under Coach Bobby Sharp.

In 2018, Coach Crews became a Linebackers coach at 6A Murfreesboro Oakland under Coach Kevin Creasy. He was part of a staff who won the 2018 6A state championship with a 14-1 record, and followed that season with a playoff semifinal loss to eventual state champion Maryville in 2019 and a record of 13-1.

Coach Crews arrived at Summertown High School in January of 2020 where he currently teaches high school math. He spent the 2020 season as the defensive coordinator for the Eagles.
