Yes, I got to see them up close finally. One thing I took from this game was the future here is bright. I understand Whitwell isn’t very good, but SP has some young ones that looked good.

One thing I want to point out is Jamal Allen, who switched jerseys to 55, played a good physical game at tackle and defensive end in the limited playing time.  He not only got on blocks but finished them.

Dad Burnit, this skillet head got confused, Old Pirate saw them coaches Wednesday night lining the field and thought the game was @ the Speedway. OP showed up early fer a hill top parking space & didn’t have a problem, cause the game wasn’t at home. OP could no find a hilltop to park in Whitwell suitable fer watching the game. Leastways, congrats to the Pirates

PT, Old Pirate wasn’t partaking of juice neither. Old Pirate was relaxing in OP easy chair reading the paper with TVLand on and the skillet slinger asked OP what was on tv? Old Pirate knowd not to answer, paused reading and looked at the tv and replied, “It looks like a HEEP of dust on the TV”. Figure a feller jest ain’t going to git much relaxing time without threat of a skillet attack. NopeReconNot
