You sound plum nutty. Who is hating on Whitwell? Whitwell had their time in 2017-2018. That time is now past and they are down again. There is no hate there. That’s just the reality.

I’m not sure they have the talent necessary. The talent they had in 2017-2018 was the best in the history of the school.

Me to. I have family from Whitwell and I was one of the SP fan's if all will go back and read, and there were plenty of us that rooted for Whitwell to win it all after they beat us. It's good to have a county where every school has a championship. Most schools would be in the same shape as Whiwell also if they had gone through that many coaches. Look at Jasper. They went through a rough time for years but seem to be at least decent now. Got to have the backing of administration and town for sure to be successful. Whitwell doesn't have that right now like they had 2016-2018.

I agree they don't have the talent.. But Bassy you know losing to Grundy ( the way Grundy has been ) , Sale Creek and others the way have the have shouldn't happen IMO.. Last year they returned enough of that State championship talent to be above 500.. This year they have enough to be around 500.. Like I said its not JC fault.. I feel for everyone involved but mostly the kids.. They deserve better.

The team that won the state was a good team but not the best, 87-88 and 91-92 teams would have beat them by 2 touchdown.

I agree the 91 team was more talented, but I believe the 18 team played together better as a team.

I hope they get it turned around as well.  It doesn't benefit the county, valley or the rivalry by them being in disarray.
