I think our running game and defense can carry us into the second round. The N. GA win was ugly but was also without Bailies.

Oh ok, I was wondering where the running game was.  Is he back?  He was approaching 1000 yards right? For some reason I was thinking he was your backup QB

He had to miss the North Georgia game due to covid protocol, but he will be back in the playoffs. He has over 800 I’m pretty sure and that’s with not getting to play 4 games. No our backup qb is Boggs #15.

Clay like to go side to side a lot. I don't think they have much power game.

So as long as someone can hand the ball off y’all should still be able to rack up a few wins.  I may just change what I said then.  The Clay game should be a barn burner

Luckily the boy we have playing qb has some experience playing qb back when he was in middle school, if he can get in a groove he will be able to make some plays in the passing game for us. He was one of our top receivers so he has some wheels when in open space.

Also, @The Drunken Sailor Thankfully I haven't had to miss many SP games over the years, but I know from listening to y'all for the LV game that y'all do a job well done on radio. Some other broadcasters from across the state need to take notes.

Yep one of the few that aren’t as “homer” as most

I really appreciate it. But if you listened to the Valley game then you know I apparently know little about football since I thought that LV would make some noise this year. I thought they would be decent after watching that game.

You have no idea how bad the "homer" wants to come flying out from time to time. Lol

    • Perhaps it is within the realm of possibility that the comprehension of my discourse, both by yourself and others, may be circumscribed by the boundaries of intellectual acumen. Might one contemplate this notion from such a perspective? Allow me to clarify that my intent does not lean towards disparagement, save for instances where provocation is directed towards myself or the esteemed troupe of the Trousdale County Yellow Jackets who proudly find domicile upon the hallowed grounds of CREEKBANK. In contemplation of the candidates under discussion, it is conjectured that individuals such as Gregory, Woodmore, Vetetoe, Eden, Hackett, and Cothron may emerge as contenders. Regrettably, it is deemed improbable that Shoulders shall express interest in this pursuit. Speculation arises regarding the potential candidacy of BJ West, albeit the implications of familial ties with Lafayette introduce complexities to such a scenario. The enigma of Dr. Clint's deliberations looms large, fraught with the weight of a formidable decision yet to be made.
    • My kind sir, you seem to be lost within the time space continuum having traveled from the 16th Century or you aspire to hide your true intelligence by masking your language with that of the great playwright. You know good and well, your commentary takes your fellow comrades hours to decipher what you are really saying and most of them are likely left questioning whether you have insulted them or find them to be in your favor. I offer you some advice. In my travels through this area of the country, it is best to speak slow and with a twang and you don't annunciate  words to their fullest. Your points will be clear then!  Any names been mentioned around town as Actual Applicants to this job? Seen several post mentioning individuals, but I haven't heard of any of them except for Shoulders. Does he have ties to TC?  Have amy of the other names mentioned ever been in the HC position before?
    • They’re building something special there. They have 4 Varsity games scheduled & 5 JV. They are trying for a 5th Varsity game. Beat them now because they will be good in the future. They are building a football field there I think but the rich pricks of Farragut won’t let them get lights so they are possibly looking at property to build a stadium & field with lights
    • The gustatory amalgamation of succulent pork chops juxtaposed with verdant greens indeed evokes a sensory delight. Clint's narrative, imbued with the ethos of resilience, navigated the tumultuous waters of the 1980s with commendable fortitude. As for the prospective successor to the coaching helm, the mention of esteemed mentor Nick Saban's absence prompts a discerning hesitation towards alternative candidates, for excellence is the sole criterion deemed worthy of emulation.  Pray, may I inquire as to your esteemed identity? Are you perchance a luminary within the domain of coaching, endowed with unparalleled wisdom and insight?
