South Side takes care of Dyersburg 51-34. Lady Hawks were clearly the better team from the start, shooting the basketball well and forcing lots of Lady Trojan turnovers. Dyersburg's personnel is very limited beyond #3, so unless #24 gives them more in the scoring department, gonna be a rough year if they aren't getting points off turnovers

This score kind of shocked me. I knew South side was good but figured DBurg would have played them better.

From what I heard and the little I saw on a Facebook live SS didn't really play great and Jelks struggled and they still won convincingly. How good is Dyersburg projected to be and what happened to the kid that someone posted about a few weeks ago, is she still there? Did she play?

Summertown and Clarkrange are both really good. Greenfied and Gibson County had a war tonight. Gibson County won by 6 in a hard fought game. Thought both teams handled the ball well. I was impressed with Greenfield even though they lost it could have went either way. Edie Darby is a superstar player and they are not as bad in the post as I thought. Number 30 played well and guarded Hart better than anyone else has this year.Gibson County out rebounded Greenfield and Micah Hart didn’t have 1 TO. Both teams have youth and will get better as year goes on. Both teams will be hard to beat come tournament time.

 SS did what SS does and that’s play hard and aggressive on defense. That’s what’s expected of them and they did just that. And the kid you’re talking about for Dyersburg didn’t play. She was out quarantined. She’ll play this weekend in Gibson Co.
