Actually, Yellow Jackets are part of the “Vespidae” family. Bees are the “Apidae” family. We are no relation. We are serious about our entomology in TC.

I think this will be a great game.  I believe it will be a quick game.  I believe if either team scores 27 they win. I see this as a 17-14 type game. Maybe  a 24-21 type game if there's enough time.

Your allotment has been the same all year, Is this the first time you have had trouble with everyone getting a ticket? Your away bleachers are very big compared to most schools in 2A ive noticed.

A lot of parents didn’t get a ticket from an allotment of 200? Where’d they all go then?

I waited til today at 1pm est. til it went public on TSSAA.  By the time I got logged on at like 1:04 TC was sold out.  I got a couple of Tickets. Meigs was sold out a couple minutes later. I  will feel guilty going now if parents didn't get tickets on Monday. 

I hope they raise the numbers for this game. At least it will be streamed online.

Game attendance was capped at 1000. Once they were gone that’s it. The 600 that were  supposed to be available for sale today apparently sold in 7 minutes. If you pull up this game on gofan it is sold out.

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
