We moved the ball well but made a few mistakes that hurt us. We lost 3 touchdowns to 2 however if we play a four quarter game It would be a different story. I don’t really base a team off these scrimmages and jamborees because it’s a lot different when the wins and losses count. But overall, not a bad night for the tigers.
CCLHL08
I saw East Robertson play against Cheatam county last week. They have athletes everywhere. They are fast. Not saying they will beat MC. Just wouldn’t over look them for sure

One thing about MC is that they don’t overlook anybody. It will definitely be an intriguing matchup to watch in two weeks.
Rhea Co.
Overall it was some good work by both teams last night. Rhea’s defense was hit and miss last night but it was a scrimmage and that is where you learn and correct. Offense for both teams look good overall. Rhea just needs to cut out all the penalties. Lots of young guys played last night too.

The 2 graves kids and a couple other talented skill guys, their downfall has been in physicality and trench play the last couple years, and area where MC is normally average to above average on most years
Mr. Postman1
Macon counties most dominating position is probably the nose tackle. Swindle. I think hes just a junior.

UpperCumberlandMan
Macon's key is not getting anyone hurt. Not many numbers, not alot of depth. MC is fairly quick this year but not as big as I have seen in the past. Overall a good solid team.

A lot of young and new faces making plays on the field. Staying healthy this year will be crucial for the Tigers most certainly. If we stay healthy and stay focused throughout the year, MC has a chance to make a good run for the region title and in the playoffs. So are you saying alot of freshmen will be seeing alot of playing time?

Not necessarily, there’s just some sophomores as well as some freshmen that will have a role in different aspects of the game this year and will be game changers
