Last week, I looked at Sonny Moore's ratings/predictions for games involving teams from Region 7-4A.  This week, I'm looking at Moore's ratings/predictions for all of the games involving our teams from rural West Tennessee.

I rounded all ratings to the nearest whole number, and as Moore suggests, I did add 2 points for home field advantage.  It should be fun to see how accurate his predictions might, or might not, be.

Some of the point spreads are insane, but I would hope coaches would give their younger players an opportunity to play once their wins are secure.  So, I wouldn't look for any kind of point spread accuracy in those games.

I also looked at Massey's match-up tool last week.  If I have time, and that is a big if, I might look at his predictions for this week's games as well.

Honestly, McKenzie needs to get some of those “in hand games” early in the season so the young players can get reps.  We have to build some depth on the line.

Thanks!  I agree with you on the McKenzie-Chester Co. score.  I don't know why, but for some reason I also think Dyersburg will beat Dyer Co.
