Week 4: Fayetteville (1A) hosts Upperman (4A)

Go city!  Anyone think they can’t play with Peabody now?  Beat a top 10 4A school.

I try not to bash the refs....but take 2 tds off the scoreboard for UHS, and give a touchdown on a play where every kid stop playing and a kid clearly had his arm on the ground runs while kids stands there. That's a three touchdown swing. I hate refs deciding games.

Refs won game for Fayetteville. This is fact!  Upperman scores 2 times in the 4th quarter both are nullified by the refs. Why do referees feel it necessary to cheat the visiting teams?  Doesn’t make any sense. They should be banned from high school football for their blatant cheating in this game.

Never ever seen a block in the back on pass blocking? What if a kids spins? I get it the tv veiw is easier to see things than on the field but that's crazy.

Total yardage was way in favor for UHS

No they didn’t. The refs won this game for City. Fayetteville has a quality team no doubt but the refs cheated the entire game. They controlled the outcome of this one. Upperman was never going to be allowed to win this game.

The crack block on City was junk though too.

Yeah that was tough, but that was an absolute great game and y’all’s QB is legit!!

Big factor #2 limited to mostly defense. The few carries he had he got good yardage.

I think the backup is a better passer, but #8 is an athlete. And UHS is a very young teams. Defense line is two soph and senior. #27 is a soph

If City has these refs they will go undefeated. Worst one sided officiating I’ve seen in many years
