Very surprised with the local name I am hearing for this job. I am assuming they are waiting until his team exits the playoffs to make the announcement. Big job for a young guy.

I have head that one too.  Don't think he is going to be the guy when all is said and done.

I would be completely shocked. Maybe Speas sees something or has a grander plan than it seems.

As I said about the Bearden job, I think they are looking for the best coach they can possibly get, no matter which side of the ball he has the most experience coaching.  

And remember that thing about previous relationships.  I believe they will come in to play with a couple more positions that I expect to open.
