Rather than argue about something 2 years ago. What does Forrest bring to the table. In the past its been strong physical running backs. You guys just plug and playing with a new one this year or has things changed up. Always look forward to this match up.

We have 5 backs averaging between 6-8 yards a carry and the carries are spread out evenly. Four of the five will be back next year. They're doing this against teams lined up to stop the run and no real passing threat to get defenses out of the box. Offense is as vanilla as you will find in the final 8 of any classification.

We've had the luxury of having a McClendon brother to plug in for the last ten years. All fit the bill as strong physical running backs. The 4th and youngest was the player who suffered the spinal cord injury last season. Micah is working very hard  trying to regain some use of his arms and legs.  He would have been our featured back this season.

Two other running backs who would be seniors transferred after their freshman year. One was a 3 year starter at Cornersville and the other has started both ways for 5A State Champ and now 6A undefeated Summit. So as solid as our running backs are now those two would have received the bulk of the carries.

Yeah definitely going to be a load to stop. Heard the running game been hard to stop and everyone knows it’s coming. A lot of prayers still getting sent up for the McClendon kid. Pray his rehab keeps going well
