Harpeth down two players tonight including the season District 10 MVP, and still comes up with the 3-2 win over Hickman County to win the District 10-A tournament. They will host the Region 5 tourney next week.

Just looked up Copper Basin...huge District there. CSAS looks to be the best team in that District on paper. And Region 2 is fairly weak. But you gotta win the Region or you will end up playing South Greene in the sectionals and that is tough uphill sledding.

District 9 results are in. Camden over Jo Byrns to set up Region 5-A: Harpeth vs Jo Byrns and Camden vs Hickman County. Same matchups as last year. 

I also see that Watertown gets revenge from an earlier loss to Gordonsville to take the District 7 championship. 

Sale Creek cruises in District 5 over Bledsoe County. Assuming Eagleville wins District 6 that sets up Eagleville vs. Bledsoe Co and Sale Creek vs. Culleoka.

Summertown playing Huntingdon / don’t know much bout them are they a new program / I’m sure they have lot of athletes in this program too

Summertown won fairly easily but as I thought only their 2nd year / they have the athletes to play but not the experience

Loretto Lady Mustangs defeat Summertown 3-0 by the scores of 25-19, 25-23 and 25-23 to win the region. Both teams advance to the substate on Thursday.

Region 5-A Championship…Harpeth sweeps Camden 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-18). Harpeth will host Summertown and Camden will go to Loretto on Thursday. Same sectionals as last year, but different hosts as winners/losers flip flop this year. Should be two good games!!!!
