Powell Panthers vs AC Mavericks

Not sure AC can run with these guys. Should be a close one early, Powell runs away midway through the 2nd QTR.

AC won't have a chance in this on until Potts and Co are gone.

Boy can't wait to see what the Mavs can do. This should be one exciting game. I know one thing is my Nephew loves to score, one way or the other.   If we play some good defense too this should one of best games in the state; without a question!

I say Mavs open up a lane for LaRue and send him after Potts; no getting away from LaRue....haha I hope!

  The problem with Potts is that even if you get pressure on him, he extends the play.  I think he's even better when the pocket breaks down and he's on the move.

Going for AC to win it but Powell always finds a way to beat them. Ready to see how Powell looks without Walter Nolan they don’t really give his impact enough credit for their success last year

Rumor that a couple of "key cogs" might be out on both sides.  "Gametime decisions".  

Going to be interesting to see who actually ends up playing.

Uh, I certainly do. He made a massive difference on that defense. Without him, teams would've just run the ball down their throat, much like 2020 and 2019. There's no way they get that first gold ball without him.

If Powell can find a way to solidify the middle of their defense without Walter, they could repeat. But if the Panthers can't, they won't be playing for long this post season.

If I'm Lowe, I wouldn't take any chances, but we'll see. This game doesn't matter. Rest your guys for district play.
