I believe there will be success 6-2 may make it more difficult. Power back Pendgrass and Hefiner will need to have some good blocking to be able to get up field.

That's what I was asking as well. I haven't seen any video on them. Moore county has a 48 minute highlight video out there of their game with Bledsoe though I've been told. I just couldn't find it.

Pretty sure you can watch their games on NFHS. At least one of them, anyways.

I zipped through the game, but from what I saw offensively they have quick sizable QB, RBs and at most positions/players. They gave some points up to York 1st Qtr and a few plays but that was week 1. Depends on the improvement from the first game, and how decent York is. I always tend to go with Meigs, do not think I'd be surprised if it stays close at first but may not.

Polk is most improved in the region and will be a handful for any team in the region imo. Loser of this game is 5th seed I'd bet on it.

What do you base your feelings about polk?  The fact that Davis is back?  The fact that they have beaten two of the worse teams in the state so far?  Just asking cause I don't get it.  They were absolutely horrendous last year so I don't see a jump to contending for the region?

At our Jamboree, between Meigs, Loudon, mcminn central, Sweetwater, Polk, Copper Basin, Wartburg, Tellico, and McMinn Co. JV. They looked as good as any team that took the field that night. Massive O&D line Great power run team. The kind of team I personally think it will take to beat Tyner. They will definitely challenge Meigs and Marion this year unless you are just heaps better than last year.

I seen the other day where they were ranked in a couple top tens. 
From the jamboree they looked good in their drive. But wasn’t truly long enough to matter for either team. Sweetwater came out a lot different against Meigs. 
as for Polks schedule so far I do not think that anyone should reflect at how their season will go. 
putting a beating to Copper Basin and SQHS doesn’t say much honestly

However I do think polk probably has one of the best athletes in the region and with the addition of the kid moving back from “Texas” they have a couple kids and 2A that makes a difference

      Why did the coach get rehired after she was let go as an assistant by the former Warren County coach and the current AD?? Is that accurate?? I am very familiar with situations like this. Suprised lawsuits haven't happend before. If the coach unfairly let the player go, I think she has a shot because it cost her a scholarship. No college is going to offer a scholarship to a player that is kicked off of the team. Not going to happen. There are bad hires like this a bunch and kids are treated unfairly by coaches that can't coach a lick and have super long ropes somehow. Amazing how some of these coaches get hired and keep their job.

      I am going to assume you are not a lawyer, and most reasonable lawyers would not say the lawsuit has a zero percent chance in court. I agree with you that a coach has the ability to dismiss anyone from a team. However, Ms. Winfree was never presented with the opportunity to present her witnesses and have them tell the coaches and administrators what they heard. A lawyer could better explain the lawsuit and the grounds to you. Before you start making wild assumptions about the lawsuit, would it be too much to ask that you do a little legal research first?       The administration took the path of backing the coach and whispering to people that the kid was a problem. The reality is that the kid was never a problem on a team or classroom. The player says she has witnessed who back her not saying the f-word.  Why did the coach make that story up and other stories? I am not Sigmund Freud and do not have an answer for the ex=-coach's behavior..

      I think they have they coach they want close to being done. I guess we will all see how this plays out. I hope the hire a good one. There are some players in the box for the next coach to work with.
