The offense is good, but the defense is still a mess.  Yikes.  That game truly was whoever has it last wins.  Zero defense either team.  It was a thriller of a game to watch though.

I was amazed at how easily the CC WRs were able to get behind the Clinton secondary. Cougars couldn't run it much after halftime, but they didn't really need to. Receivers just kept getting open behind the Dragon defense.

Wow! did you catch that pregame speech on Packervision?  R.E.S.P.E.C.T  gotta earn it.  Even harder to keep it.  once you're on top its even harder to stay there. :thumb:

I didn't catch that one but have seen some real cringe worthy ones this yr.Ill have to see if I can find it.Im not trolling but does anybody know what the coach Keith's specialty is? He don't even have a head set on and just walks around sideline looking nervous. All I heard from Clinton and their coaches was how good they was this yr and now fighting just to make playoffs. All the quotes in paper talking about they will see Oak Ridge and Powell again in playoffs are not looking good.

Both are bad football teams and couldn't make the playoffs in our region. Fun game but bad football.

If either team had a defense they would be pretty good.  Both teams offenses are impressive to me.  Both of these teams could make 4th place or better in region 2 4A.  Gibbs, Carter, South Doyle, Fulton and Scott.  C'mon man these teams are not good either.

Justin Price always has really good WRs. His guys high point the football  well. That's largely coaching.

That was a good game last night. I did figure that Clinton would win that game but Campbell County was in the zone big time with that quarterback and his receivers. Clinton has nothing to hang their head down about because McKamey left that program in a mess.

That program was in a mess long before McKamey got there. They were winning 1-2 games when Josh Kerr was there.

Biggest problem with Clinton's performance last night was their inability to adjust on defense. There seemed to be no adjustments on the defensive side of the ball. If something is not working, then you've got to switch something up. As a dragon fan, I'm really disappointed.

Agree. CCHS couldn't run the ball well at all, it seems like the D would have been oriented to pass D more.
