Halls vs Sevier Co

How is Halls looking going into Friday night. Which QB will start for the Red Devils. The freshman looks like clear favorite but is he healthy after getting banged up by Powell?

i actually think, and hope halls can win this game. It would shake up things in region 2 for seeds 2-4

Love to see Brent get a win in this one.  He and his team need it for some confidence.

Not sure that Halls “has” anything right now. I like the Smoky Bears.

I think Halls will beat Sevier County this week. I think the Freshman QB will be the difference maker. The Sevier County defense has played well against average teams at best. Against the only true offensive powerhouse, West put up 49 rather easily. Halls is too explosive on offense and Sevier County's offense will struggle to score any points.

Sevier County might end up having to go to West in the playoffs.  Yikes!

Yeah, I was thinking whichever team comes out of region 2 to play West at West in a rematch might just wanna save a few bucks and pass on that opportunity.  Ha ha

Interesting that many people are giving Halls a chance here. Have they improved that much in a short amount of time?

I'd be surprised if Halls wins this game but even a blind squirrel can find a nut from time to time.

After watching the West/Sevier County game, I just do not see how that is Sevier Co only loss. Seeing Halls athletes, I give them the advantage of Sevier Co. Not very much team speed and their offense is not very good at all.

I agree. I don’t think that Sevier Co is a special team. Wins over some lesser competition like William Blount and Pigeon Forge don’t count for much. Halls has better athletes and has been in every game except West. I pick Halls by 3 TDs. The freshmen QB is the difference
