Pretty wild that the Red Bank coaches just gave up and told them to run the clock in the second half despite only being down 30-0.

Mercy rule has been lowered from 35 points to 30.

pretty sure it's a TSSAA "mercy rule". if a team is up by 30, they let the clock run in the second half. it wasn't the coaches "giving up". not in that respect, anyway

I wouldnt go that far lol them and Alcoa wouldn't be a game but them and a Marshall co would be heck on wheels. That said though that win friday night was enough to make them my favorite for 1a.

Yeah i think i may have overstated City’s Team. There’s a Huge difference btw the Oakland’s Maryville’s and Alcoa’s and a good or even great 1A team. Ok I’m back to reality. Guess i just thought seeing them dominate the #4 4A team clouded my brain temporarily.

I have seen yall 3 times this year. And let me add, Fayetteville has improved each time I've seen em.
