im a middle TN guy and while middle TN might end up with the top 2-3 teams in the rankings, it's hard to argue with 5 of 9 gold balls (I put baylor in east TN, too).

Middle TN gets gutted by your big private schools.  I know they are everywhere but they are so much more active in purging midstate schools.

Oakland and LA arguably two of the top three teams in TN. I'd say Baylor is the third. Two out of three for middle TN isn't bad.

No not at all. Some great E TN teams. Just not sure I would say any region reigns Supreme. Many great teams from East and Middle TN this weekend. West TN had a few really good teams too. To each his own I guess.

lots of conversations about this on the D2 board.  who knows?  they could get someone to keep it going and the wheels could come off.  im hoping for the former.  they have a lot of advantages for whoever takes over compared to 4 years ago, so fingers crossed.

The key will be making the right hire for LA Baylor proved that Thursday the right hire can go along way. Baylor was pretty good but the new coach put them over the top this year.

Honestly thought, you can not convince me Alcoa runs a 100% clean program. Zero percent chance that a school is just lucky to have so many good players come through there year in and year out with no drop off.
