Huntingdon gets beat bad by a 1A school (very good 1A School) and is ahead of Fayetteville, Smith Co, and ER? Fayetteville got beat bad too but atleast it was to a 4A team.

I would pick Huntingdon over any 2A team in this poll and I would have very high odds of winning. Sounds like you’re not very familiar with Huntingdon.

I am familiar with Huntingdon. They lost by 16 to a 1A team that lost ALOT of talent. Huntingdon may not even host a playoff game this year.

I am. They’re a really good 1A team that lost a lot of talent from last years team but still beat Huntingdon by 16. Huntingdon will be the 3 seed this season.

Not saying you’re wrong about the 3 seed but I personally don’t think so. Definitely going to be a battle for the top spot in R6. Riverside, Milan, and Huntingdon are as tough as they come in 2A ball. McKenzie will more than likely be playing against South Pittsburgh come December. I’m not buying all the UC hype just yet.

I support the stangs and this comment.

I can’t remember a team that I could say upset them in the playoffs except for 2017 against cornersville.
you two wanna refresh my memory? Serious question…

Choking/ not living up to expectations, call it whatever you want,  but I know we've had the players to make more than 1 trip to state in the last 18 yrs regardless of who we played.  To me, it's more so about being out coached. It seems like we don't make the right adjustments when they do.

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
