Cannon County @ Cornersville

Looking at the schedule, Cornersville has a chance to finish the season 7-3 heading into the playoffs but it starts this week with Cannon County. Can they get back on track this week?

This week is as good as any to get back on track. It's homecoming week hopefully the stands will be packed and the kids are ready to roll. Go Dawgs!

Should be a good game. Franklin and Kyne will be two of the better athletes in any classification going at it Friday.

I see Cornersville with a big in this one. 48-7. I think Cannon could easily make this a game and have the talent to do so. However, they allowed Community to put up 28 on them and Community had only scored 16 points in the previous 4 games. Defensively, I just don't think they can stop us. They played Chapel Hill hard, so it seems like they are kinda in the same boat as we are. All the potential in the world, just depends on if the team decides to show up and play or not.

I would imagine that communities points came against the third string, I know it started 28 to 0

That is an asinine prediction.   This is going to the wire.

It’s a prideful group of seniors. It’s their last homecoming. Had some ups and downs this season, but I feel they show up and show out tomorrow.

Cannon Co is awful. IF this a Highlight Game for the Seniors I’m happy for them.

I see this game a lot closer than some May think. It all come down to the better play callers on this one, the coach at Cannon co uses his playmakers I think Cannon has a very good chance of winning and we hang onto the ball. Community only seen first team defense of Cannon co in the first quarter I think it was 40-6 after first quarter. Any rate, coach play calling will dictate this game. Good luck

Same to you guys! Safe travels! I think we are feeding all the boys from Cornersville and Cannon County after the game tomorrow night. Hope for an injury free, flag free game with good sportsmanship so they can all enjoy afterwards.

Go back to their week 2 predictions for reference. Running clocks and 400 yards plus for the running back for starters. #88 should wreak havoc on their Oline. I doubt this one looks like Richland 2.0.
