Why has Bearden switched sidelines?

Size difference, and it’s a lot closer to everything we’ve been letting the away team get those privileges. Just another thing, Coach Jones has changed in this football program, such a little thing, but probably made a big impact.

Not really the reason. Jones realizes he has to keep the entourage of handlers and followers of all the transfers away from the regular fans in the stadium. If a police dog ever showed up on that sideline there would be some problems. Plus the language by the coaching staff is so bad that they don't want to be heard by fans. Don't tell me that one width of a football field makes that much difference.

Good God, you love yapping and yes, it is a strategy have you never been to Maryville? The away sideline is tiny compared to their sideline. It’s definitely a strategy. And even if it’s not a strategy, why would we let the away team get the better sideline?

Yeah.  Central used to use the far sideline, away from the stands, as the home sideline, too, when Joel was there.  I think he just didn't want to listen to the coaches in the stands.

That’s also another thing it’s very quiet on that side of the field compared to where we used to be much more louder. You can hear literally everything.
