I think, they  better be ready for a battle Thursday!  Rockwood is 5-1 and they could win the region outright if Greenback upset Oz and  then they beat us.  In 2010, you would have thought we would have won but they came up to Rochelle and kicked our tails.  Rockwood has just as much to play for as Coalfield does (along with a little help from the Cherokees).

From what I heard is Rockwood was scared to schedule them.

For nearly 100 years and Rockwood is undefeated? I doubt that’s the case but maybe.

I have no idea why but other than Wartburg, Rockwood has rarely played Morgan County teams

That's completely bogus.......Rockwood played other 1A teams and lost to Oneida a few times when they were 1A

Exactly.They had much bigger fish to fry.Im sure playing teams like CF,GB,Oneida back 15 years ago did nothing for them.First time we played them was a bowl game my Sr year in 89 then they were in our region Mid 2000's but we did have a winning record against them.
