I watched online and I really feel SG played pretty bad.  NG played well, but I don't think they are going to have a very good season unless it's just a totally weak division.  

I think she’s supposed to be back during postseason play. Not 100% sure but it’ll be a year from her last game as a rebel whenever that was.

You and TennBuffalo are on to something that had not occurred to me. There have been instances when the rules did not apply. Hardship cases, for instance. At any rate, I hope the move is beneficial to the kid and her team.

I think it will be.  NG needs at least 8. That foul trouble is scary business with low numbers.  I know we dress 12 for varsity and there's only a little drop-off from 1st to 2nd string.  That's one reason our weaker schedule shouldn't hurt us.  Those girls scrimmage each other hard in practice.

Lady landers move to 8-0 with a 58-32 win over Mitchell NC.  Our starting point guard was out with the flu so my girls played most of the game and got us out of a first quarter shooting slump.  Mitchell is much improved.  We had to play our butts off.

I just looked at y'all's schedule in its entirety. IF it isn't missing any games, there's a very realistic chance y'all cruise into sectional with like a 30-0 record. I understand y'all gotta go to NG and Hampton, and those are never a given regardless, but I really don't see much of a challenge in there.

I think talent wise, we're on top.  It comes down to staying focused.  NG is the most dangerous obstacle.  They always are tougher after Christmas.  We're not playing as well on our home floor as I would like.  It almost looks like we're too comfortable if that makes any sense.  There was a little over 2 minutes left in the first quarter before my girl scored the first points. We can't afford to start that slow

South Greene vs Hampton tonight.  Who y'all got?  I think Hampton wins a close one.  The lady dogs are finding their identity and I'm picking them to win that district.  If hv freshmen will come along, I think they can pull one out against CD.

South Greene is only scratching the surface of how good they can be. They are playing OK for now but should do much better as the season progresses.
