They are not taking applications. The Ghost gave them a set of names. Feelings to be hurt soon.

This program has been pretty much dead since Ricky Perry ran off David Martin. 

Is Tyler Turner in play?  He should beg to come back.  

Leslie Mote, Joslin, Tyler Turner, Cotten....who's next?

During that time they also went D2. They are WAY behind the others in AA as far as facilities, coaching pay, getting assistants on campus, getting players in on financial aid etc. Look at FRA. They went all in with Geisinger and are reaping the rewards.

Goodpasture needs to clean the cobwebs off their wallet and figure out the days of dominating publics are over (and never coming back).  They will have to have to spend money to fix the bigger problems over there and even then it will be a process.

Plus they have a new president that was the worst coach in the history of the school. He has already lost two Hall of Fame coaches in other sports in less than one year on the job. Doesn't bode well.

Seems like you are well connected.  What else do they need to spend money on?  GP has plenty of money. 

Looks like most of the other programs are competitive.  Boys basketball and baseball always seem to be in the mix.

Vanderbilt has an endowment larger than 98% of all universities worldwide. When you walk in Dudley Field or Memorial Gym do their athletic facilities show that? Having money and spending money are two different things.

Comparing GP and Vandy are not really the same.     GP used to be a powerhouse school in football.    They spent on a beautiful gym for basketball and volleyball.  And baseball/softball has always had nice facility.

The new President seems to be making moves!

Spot on!!!  Plus they do not seem to understand its not just a one time thing of spending money to get a coach.  Lots more go into it than it did back in their glorious years.
