I really enjoyed watching Lipscomb play, well, for the first half... It was such complete domination, as Lipscomb executed their offense to perfection...

-As said before, Daniel needed many, many more touches. The kid has tremendous upside, and every offensive possession should run through him...

-McPherson from Lipscomb is going to be very good, and one of the best PG's in Middle Tn next year. The kid can flat out shoot, and runs a GREAT floor game at PG. In this year's offense, he does not shoot much at all, but is the "coach on the floor"...

-Josh Stephen is a very good player, and will be a nice NAIA player at the next level...

-Lipscomb's Seniors Alan Eatherly, Elliott Wood, and Josh Connor were all very impressive, and excel within the system...

-Lipscomb, Hume Fogg, and Giles Co will represent Middle Tn's best AA options, and all three have a shot at making it to the 'Boro this year...

-Oh, and I was supposed to say "nice pants" as well, but I didn't get to a computer until today...

DL looked good, don't know the reason why a NCS fan would take a shot at DL student section. I checked the schedule and noticed that they don't even play each other. I also thought they were suppose to be Christian schools. Doesn't say much for that. Also, got to the game early and saw end of girls game, what is up with DL coach? Yelling all the time and looking foolish to get a T when your up 14. Guess I should take this to the girls board, sorry.

Good game though for DL boys. May come to another game if it is going to be a good one.

I think ryan batey and vincent henry each had really bad nights and when your two best guards have bad nights against a high pressure d that doesnt spell well for your team. Lipscomb defend daniels by pressuring goodpastures guards. But i got to goodpasture their props cause even on a bad night, they play very hard and were hustlin even when the game was over (#21 trent craig divin over the mustangs bench head first into the stands to save a ball). Lipscomb plays Hickman Co. on mon. so any info on them would be appreciated.

Hickman Co is an average team, who is coming off a good win over Lawrence Co... Hickman Co is led by Soph big man, 6'7 Matthew Dotson, and 6'6 shooter Grant Leaver...

Thunder30...I am obviously assuming you play for Lipscomb...who are you, if I may ask??? Or at least what number for Lipscomb are you?

Can someone tell me why NCSfan continues to post the stupidest things I have ever seen? Get a life. We are good, deal with it. We would hammer NCS, deal with it. About the student section, your probably a little overwhelmed aren't you? NCS has never seen that many fans and doesn't even have that many students.

All the way to the Boro boys!

To NCSFAN and NCS03:

You obviously didn't watch too closely if you think Stephen outjumped Daniels. The Lipscomb player that jumps center is #20, Josh Conner, and he did, out-jump AND out-dunk, Daniels.

FYI, Space isn't "the Wood kid." Neither is no. 32. And 50% from beyond the 3 point line is typically a pretty good percentage - even Roller will take that. Not sure who you're saying can't shoot - - McPherson, Eatherly, Wood and Mantlo are always threats from beyond the arc. The team can shoot the three.

It's apparent from your posts that you watched the Lipscomb cheering section instead of the game on the floor. Call 'em what you will (and saying you "hate" people you don't even know is pretty harsh), but Lipscomb fans outnumber the home team's cheering section at most every away game they've played this year. Loyalty is a good thing. And obviously, loyalty makes opponents uncomfortable.

    • Good ole Bradley Zulliger. He was a really good QB @ OR. Fun to watch.  Wore #15 and was like a mini Tebow, with the exception of being right handed. He could take a pounding and keep on ticking. Played with a collapsed lung against Powell that year. Tough as nails.
    • They should be pretty good in year two for Rang.  Replacing most of the offensive production losing Dozier, Hayward and Rembert , but they're are skill kids in place ready for their shot.  I know I say this every year, but the o line should show improvement after two years in Rang and Kevin Day's weight program.  I still would favor West over Plow and OR come November.  The Rebs will have to grow up a bunch between now and then, and will probably take some lumps along the way with that schedule.  But I predict come playoff time they will be ready.   One of their coaches half joked to me that they could go 5-5 regular season and win the state championship.  Ha ha.
    • there will be a couple of teams, that could make some noise
    • Dyersburg may win back to back to back championships. They are going to be hands down the best 3A team. Plus their District/region/sectionals are not very good. They basically just have to make it to region out of a 5 team district that has a few decent teams. South Gibson will be okay but they graduate their best player and there is nobody in the region 7 or region 8 who is going to compete with them.
    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
