Many of you on this board know that WesVols does his homework before posting. Just wanted to let everyone know that he also does his other homework. He was just named a National Merit Finalist.

Thanks a great deal. I really appreciate it. In all actuality, I essentially view the National Merit deal as a whole lot of glory for one little test. But it certainly helps with college, I guess. So thanks again.

 

And if you could keep me in your thoughts, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm headed to Knoxville this Thursday for the Scholars Invitational weekend (at the cost of missing my final forensics tourney).

That is exactly what WesVols will be competing for this weekend but the Oldham scholarship is more money.

It might just be one little test, but it is a very difficult one. Keep up the good work, and keep posting on CoachT. Your posts always are well thought out and informative. Good Luck.....although you probably don't need luck with your brain power. Have fun at UT-K!!

This certainly is awesome! You are the MOST talented person that I know. You'll do fine this weekend, I'm sure of it. Congratulations on being named a N.M. Finalist. That's amazing. God has blessed you with so many gifts. Continue to use them to glorify Him. Whatever you want to do, you can. Just when you make it big time, don't forget the MANY times we have stayed up till two or three on a Friday night. Those are some great memories. And you're still wrong about not having Franklin in the top three in the state in 5A! Again Wes, congratulations!
